Free Shipping over $75 (United States Only)
We provide free shipping in the United States for all orders over $75.00 excluding taxes. We use USPS Priority Mail service, which offers quick and secure shipping and handling of your products. USPS will calculate your shipping total and if your order is over $75.00 we will credit the cost to your account.

Other online companies offer free shipping via a ground delivery service which can take at least 5 to 7 days or longer. Other companies charge as much as $22.00 per order for faster delivery of your order.

Even if your order is less than $75.00 we provide fast and efficient shipping through USPS Priority Mail Service, starting at $8.95. Your order is usually delivered within two days once shipped. We also offer secure tracking of your package through USPS at no additional charge.

No Extra Charges for International Orders
After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email/receipt, which includes an order number. Please provide this number when inquiring about your order.

Once you place an order you will receive an email from Authorize.net showing your credit card was charged by Natural Beauty Group. Your bank statements will show the charge as being from Natural Beauty Group. Orders are transmitted on a daily basis. The usual process time for orders, once received, until shipment is 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekend days). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday.

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority unless otherwise arranged. Shipping times for orders can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days form the day of shipment. All shipments are sent out on business days. We are not responsible for third party delivery systems.

International Orders
For international orders, we only charge the actual cost of shipping and do not add any additional handling charges. We use USPS Global Priority Mail, which is very fast and economical. No Hassle Return Policy
As a NaturalSkinCare4Men.com customer, you are very important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your Organic Male OM4 purchase.

If the product was damaged during shipping we will send out a new duplicate product once we receive the original product back. If the product produced irregular skin reactions you may return the Organic Male OM4 product(s) in their original packaging along with all parts, pieces and printed materials to us for a refund minus the 15% processing fee within 30 days of delivery. Product must be at least 75% full. We recommend that you use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail.

Returns within 30 days for any unopened products or exchanges for a different product are subject to a 15% processing fee. We will only accept products that were purchased from NaturalSkinCare4Men.com.

All returns must contain a copy of your invoice with the unique RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) that we provide you written on it.

To qualify for your RMA# from NaturalSkinCare4Men.com either call us or fill out our online RMA# request form and submit it to us. Once we review the request for your return(s) and approve it we will contact you.

We will notify you via phone or e-mail once we have received the returned item and processed your refund. A refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product only. We do not refund shipping charges unless due to shipping errors. Customers are also responsible for shipping charges when returning products or making exchanges. Free shipping and any promotional items will be calculated based upon your final purchase total after your return(s). We will deduct any shipping or promotional item costs if your final total falls under the below minimum.
